Child Contact Services

Introducing an exciting new service availiable for you, through the only Social Care Service Solutions Agency in the West Midlands.

We provide safe, positive and beneficial contact with parents, siblings and other family members from whom children and young people are seperated.

We accept referrals for supervised or supported contact from Parents, Solicitors, CAFCASS and Social Services Departments.

Children are our paramount concern.

We aim to support the psychological, emotional and social development of children and young people.

Activity Focused

All contact sessions are held at child-friendly venues. We highly encourage activity-based contact through the many partnerships we have in the community.

Flexible

We aim to have all our venues open seven days a week, and will provide you with a 24 hour response to your referral with a full break down of cost, which is astoundingly competitive.

NACCC

Our contact centres, and the systems within are fully accredited by the National Association of Child Contact Centres. All staff attend mandatory training workshops outlined by the NACCC.

Secure Transport

We have the infrastructure to provide a safe and secure transport service for all our contact venues. All our staff are CRB checked and where appropriate GSCC registered.

CAFCASS

We have been approved through tendor to provide Child Contact and Independent Assessment Services to CAFCASS. All systems and procedures are set to meet Regulatory Standards.
