As specialists in our field we are able to tailor the services we provide to meet the very demanding needs of the social care industry.
Our name Ariste, coming from the Greek language, means ‘the best’ which sets the precedent for us to concentrate all our energy on identifying and providing the most skilled and able social care professionals for our partners.
We are different from other recruitment agencies as our professionals will never be referred to as a reference number. We understand their skills and experiences, which is why we are able to place our professionals with the partners to whom they are best suited.
The professionals whom we recruit are looked after and cared for on the most personal level. We provide for them a safe, secure and family orientated environment where they can professionally develop.
The agency is supported by directors who are experienced social work managers with recent practice experience in local authority social services’ departments, private sector agencies and voluntary organisations. This places us in the best position to understand our partner’s needs and we work hard to realistically match these requirements to the credentials of the professionals we place.
We provide social care professionals for a wide variety of agencies throughout the Midlands. These include public organisations, as well as voluntary and privately managed organisations.
