All of our professionals complete an extensive registration process which determines the qualifications, knowledge and suitability we ensure:

  • Qualifications in Social Work are verified and professional registration with General Social Care Council is confirmed.
  • Professionals hold an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check.
  • Professionals are covered with relevant insurance.
  • Membership of British Association of Social Workers where appropriate.
  • Fully endorsed CV and verified references.
  • All qualified social workers have up to date knowledge, practice and legislative experience of their area of practice.
  • All qualified social workers have an up to date Personal Development Plan which indicates post qualifying training as well as experiences and practices.
  • Agency based supervision will be provided to complement the supervision given to the professionals in their placements.
  • All candidates have the right to work in the UK.
