Pay and Benefits

We believe that the ‘best’ people should expect a remuneration package befitting their knowledge and experience and therefore we are constantly reviewing the package we offer to our social care professionals. We also provide access to independent financial and accountancy advice to complement our service.

Our payroll is run weekly and we offer paid holidays. Additionally once registered with us further opportunities arise for you to earn bonuses through our referral scheme.
